Nordic Walking online workouts

Would you like to get fitter, stronger and help manage weight? If yes then our fantastic instructors Sarah and Rachael would love you to join their Zoom workouts. You don't have to be a Nordic walker and they're suitable for most abilities so don't worry if you're not feeling fit, you can work as hard as you want throughout the session.

These exercises can be done by anyone, but if it you find an exercise too hard you'll usually be given an easier and harder option. Sarah and Rachael concentrate on the 3 most important aspects of fitness - core strength, flexibility and balance, and you won’t need any equipment although keep a couple of full tins handy. 

If you book on but can't make the live session you'll still have access to the recordings at anytime during the next two weeks.

You'll be able to see our instructors but we'll ask you to turn off your video and mute yourself.

Sessions cost £3.75 and you'll be emailed a link to join the session 24 hours hour before.

"I've been doing the on-line workouts since April as I haven't been going to the gym during the pandemic. They are excellent and good value, and with the new lockdown I do recommend them as an extra to your Nordic walking. Sarah and Rachael are both personal trainers so you have the advantage of their expertise in the comfort of your own home. They pay careful attention to correct posture and technique and their sessions are very varied and keep you interested. There is no mad jumping about (which is sensible for oldies like me) but the workouts are nonetheless rigorous and you know you have done something worthwhile. Half an hour is easy to fit into your day and you don't have to do it live as a recording is available. As they are Nordic walking instructors they keep your needs in mind and I've found this an ideal extra to walking. What's not to like?"
