Would you like to join our online 30 minute Zoom workouts with Sarah and Rachael?

You don't have to be a Nordic walker and they're suitable for most abilities so don't worry if you're not feeling fit, you can work as hard as you want throughout the session. The goal is to get fitter, help manage your weight and tone up. How quickly you do it is totally up to you.

A lot of workouts seem to be overly tough so we have made the exercises 'doable' but still very effective and we’ve made sure that you'll concentrate on the 3 most important aspects of fitness - core strength, flexibility and balance. You won’t need any equipment, maybe a couple of tins if you want to make the exercises a little harder.

These virtual workouts will have a big impact on your health, fitness and waistline and are live on Mondays and Thursdays at 9am. If you register but can't make the Zoom you'll still have access to the recordings at anytime during the next week.

You'll need to register before the session starts and as it's a webinar you'll be able to see our instructors but no-one will be able to see or hear you (so wear what you like!). Sessions only cost £3 and you can pay by Pay Pal or alternatively you can check out as a guest and use a debit/credit card. Contact us at info@bristolnordicwalking.co.uk if you have any questions.
